Andy Cohen goes public with Kevin Sobieski

After years of asking the same questions about his love life and girlfriends, Andy Cohen has an answer for fans that makes everyone happy. The See what’s happening live the host has confirmed that he is in a relationship and, by his own account, is smitten.

Cohen made it official on the June 8 episode of his SiriusXM show Andy Cohen live. During the episode, he told listeners that he had finally “met the person.” Cohen’s new love is Kevin Sobieski, a businessman who works at a prominent private equity firm. While the romance is fresh for fans, it apparently isn’t fresh for Cohen. He revealed that Sobieski gets along well with his children. He also dropped the L word. Things apparently progressed privately for some time, with Cohen revealing that he met his new love nearly a year ago at a friend’s Fourth of July party in the Hamptons. Things took off after Cohen gave Sobieski his number.

While Cohen made things official with the announcement on June 8, the couple went public days earlier. On June 2, Cohen was photographed holding hands with Sobieski as they left his 58th birthday dinner at West Village restaurant Via Carota. While Sobieski was first considered a “man of mystery,” it didn’t take long for fans to hunt down his name, his job, and his past romances.

Who has he dated before

Andy Cohen has made an entire career out of gossip, innuendo and airing other people’s dirty laundry. Still, when it comes to his own love life, he keeps things pretty low-key. Cohen insists that’s because there isn’t much to tell most of the time. In an episode from 2023 of Not skinny, but not fatrevealed Cohen that he hasn’t had many long-term romances. Without a long-term commitment, there’s less room for drama, it seems.

Yet he has dated people in public. In 2013, he started dating a man named Clifton Dassuncao. The romance lasted about five years. The relationship was mostly private at Dassuncao’s request, although it was later revealed in the media. Years earlier, he dated his Radio Andy co-star, John Hill. The romance lasted for two years and ended more than 20 years ago.

The couple remained close, regardless of the end of the romance. Hill once explained what was going on. He said: “We grew apart in terms of the girlfriend.” Little is known about the men he may have dated between 2018 and the present. Still, we can assume that if he’s so open about Sobieski, Cohen thinks this is the real deal.
