Said De Silva blown up Carole Radziwill for her ties to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell during filming of the upcoming 16th season of The Real Housewives of New York City.
After Carole, 62, was mentioned in the Epstein files and attached to Ghislaine, 64, who photographed her for her 2005 memoir, What’s Left: A Memoir of Fate, Friendship, and LoveSai, 45, felt the need to speak out and grilled his co-star while the cameras were rolling, leading to a long-running feud.
According to insiders close to the production who have spoken to TMZ on June 17, Sai and Carole were at odds throughout production of season 16 after Sai made a point to question her engagement to Jeffrey and Ghislaine because she has young children.
The outlet went on to confirm that while the season has wrapped, the cast remains in post-production as they film confessional accounts of what happened during filming.
Looking back at filming, the sources revealed that producers were happy with Carole’s participation with the women and felt she delivered – even though she signed on as a “friend of” rather than a full-time crew member.
Back in March, Carole, who starred in a full-time role on RHONY during his fifth to 10th season, spoke with New York Times about her relationship with Ghislaine.
“Imagine knowing someone… and then they turn out to be a monster,” she said.
Meanwhile, on X, after Ghislaine described her in the archives as one of her “closest friends”, Carole insisted that she only knew her socially.
“Obviously, rich men, creepy people … obviously the men involved knew … I mean the social party friends, especially us girls – we didn’t know. When people do bad shit, they hide it well. It’s fucking creepy,” she wrote.
The Real Housewives of New York City season 16 is expected to premiere sometime in the coming months.
