Milania Giudice has hired a skilled New Jersey defense attorney to handle her domestic violence case after a alleged incident in May.
After the news that Milania, the 20-year-old daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice54, had been taken into custody and charged with assault, she got help from Alan Kraminsky of Kraminsky Law, which has handled a number of high-profile cases in the area.
The American Sun confirmed the news on June 18.
According to Bergen Record and NJ.comthe attorney represented, respectively, a man accused of recording children with a hidden camera at a martial arts studio and a daycare worker who allegedly injured an 11-month-old baby.
After Milania was arrested by Montville Township Police and charged with simple assault and willfully or knowingly causing bodily harm, rumors began to swirl about who she may have hurt.
“The first question everyone asked was, ‘Was it (Luis Ruelas)?’” an insider shared Rob Shuter‘s Naughty But Nice last week. “He’s very controversial, so that’s where the speculation immediately went.”
“No one knows who was allegedly injured, but many people assumed he might be involved,” the insider continued. “Everyone thinks it’s Luis. The secrecy creates more questions than answers.”
Another source said so Reality Blurb that Milania was “goes to one of her sisters.”
“Luis got involved to try to stop her/calm her down and he had to hold her back.”
Milania is awaiting an upcoming court date.
