“Why is Hannity’s face so swollen?”
Fox News personality Sean Hannity has been on television for over two decades.
The conservative TV station currently hosts the political talk show, Hannitywhich airs every night, Monday through Friday, on Trump’s favorite news channel.

However, recently viewers have noticed that Sean doesn’t look like himself – and have taken to social media to investigate what has happened to their favorite TV journalist’s face, with many asking if he has undergone plastic surgery.

So what happened to Sean Hannity’s face and why is it swollen?
The biggest concern for many Hannity viewers is Sean’s “puffy” appearance. Many took to the internet to share their own theories about his new look.
“Why is Hannity’s face so puffy? Did he get dental work done?” one person asked about X. Another added, “I’ve also had concerns about his health ever since this week. Moon face, double chin, chubby, flabby cheeks. Almost like he’s on tons of prednisone.”
A third said: “Is Sean Hannity using Botox? He looks a little taut in the face and definitely not the same.”
We’re not ones to judge, but Sean’s face seems more swollen than usual. Especially compared to photos he shares on his Instagram page.

Sean Hannity revealed that he had a sinus infection and laryngitis.
On June 22 episode of his podcast, The Sean Hannity Show, Sean shared a health update with his listeners.
“Linda, don’t I sound better today? Aren’t you excited to hear my voice back?” Sean asked his co-host Lynda McLaughlin, who promptly replied, “I am, and I think America is thrilled that you’re not dying of a stroke.”
Obviously, she was referring to the tweets about his appearance.

Sean went on to explain that he went to the doctor and was diagnosed with a bad sinus infection which led to laryngitis.
“I didn’t want to take this crap medicine called prednisone so he just said take it off…,” he added. So there you have it.

Hopefully Sean was able to rest in his new home in Florida. He explained to Fox News in 2025, which is why he moved out of New York City to Palm Beach.
“You know why I left New York? High taxes, quality of life, crime,” Hannity said. “I had a hard time going to a restaurant in New York City because people were staring at me and hating me,” he revealed. “They had daggers in their eyes.”
Let’s hope he doesn’t read those tweets about his face.
