The social media star was catapulted to fame along with husband Mark Doyle, known as LadBaby to their millions of devoted followers who have enjoyed their cheeky pranks, hilarious videos and hilarious banter with their family YouTube channel.
Just a few months ago, the 42-year-old oozed glamor when she rocked the red carpet at the BAFTA TV Awardsand was met with comments about her slimmer figure – she has always insisted it was a combination of wanting to stay active for her two young children and enjoying her gym sessions.
In a new interview, she touched on her health journey and how she was inspired by her family, saying, “I don’t really talk about my weight, but I’ve been on a health journey. I want to be here for my kids.
“And I’ve enjoyed every minute of it. I’m over 40 now, so you’ve got to stay strong.”
“We are positive people, we always look at positivity,” she added the sun of the reaction. “We have great people around us and a great community that always champions us – so we’re always glass half full.”
Roxanne is no stranger to grueling exercise sessions and has previously shared glimpses of her exercise routine on social media, including her morning exertions on the treadmill.
She shares Kobe and Phoenix with Mark, and the pair have previously included their sons in some of their most iconic videos.
Speaking to the new magazine about what life is like with the youngsters behind the camera, she joked that they were already “cooler” than their famous parents.
“It’s very normal,” Mark insisted. “When we started this journey, me and Rox had this little dream that we would drive to school, drop off and pick up. It was something I never got to do when I was working full time. So our goal was to be able to do both.”
When asked if they had to sit Kobe and Phoenix down to explain their fame, he continued: “No, they don’t know any different. When our first video went viral, Phoenix was just one, and so from very early on, from as early as he can remember, he’s used to people talking to mom and dad.”
“He just thought we were quite popular or that we had a lot of friends,” Roxanne added.
“Now they know the concept of mom and dad’s work and what we do online. We don’t lie or hide things from our kids. We’re very honest with them. But they’re so chill – they’re cooler than us.”
