Harry Styles stops Wembley concert mid-song to help fan


While performing at Wembley Stadium as part of his 12-night residency, Harry Styles stopped singing for a few minutes to help a fan who couldn’t find his sister

Harry Styles stopped his concert in London while performing a song when he realized a fan needed help.

The 32-year-old singer is performs a historic 12-night stay at Wembley Stadium from June 12 to July 4 as part of his Together, Together global tour. During his concert on Friday, June 19, Harry stopped singing his 2026 track Taste Back so he could help a fan.

Footage shared on social media shows the former One Direction star asks an audience member, “What is it? You can’t find your sister?” Then he said, “What is your sister’s name?”

After a brief pause, he appeared to communicate with security personnel who rushed to assist the fan. Before resuming the concert, Harry spoke to his fan again to make sure she was okay.

“You looked very worried,” he told her before adding, “You’re good? Did you find her?” As fans cheered, the pop star asked if everyone was okay before saying: “We’re good.”

Sharing a clip of the incident on X, a fan wrote: “harry helps someone find their sister and makes sure everyone is ok. Harry helps someone find their sister and makes sure everyone is ok.”

As he started his Wembley residency last week, Harry reflected on his early days in One Direction – a rare mention of the band on his tours. Thanks to his sister Gemma for bringing him to Wembley for his The X Factor audition 16 years ago, he said this part of town would always have a special place in his heart.

He told the 90,000 fans packed into the stadium on June 12: “Well, it’s an absolute pleasure to be here at Wembley Stadium. Thank you so much for allowing us to do these shows here. Thank you for coming. I realize I won’t be allowed to do this if you don’t come.”

In a nod to the nearby arena where he was first put in the top band, he told fans: “Just outside this building – at Wembley Arena 16 years ago, my sister brought me to London for the very first time for my X Factor audition. Driving here today and every time I come to Wembley means so much to me.”

Harry then paid tribute to One Direction – which includes Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik and the late Liam Payne – as he spoke about the start of his journey. “It’s right in the building next door where I was put into a band, One Direction,” he said.

“When I drove here today, I drove the same way I used to come when I first went to that building and Gemma brought me in. She’s here tonight and I’m honestly very proud of her.”

He also became emotional as he thanked his mum Anne for her support over the years, including signing him up for The X Factor. “16 years ago my mum signed me up for the X Factor without my knowledge and I wouldn’t be here today if she hadn’t. And she’s here tonight, thank you very much,” he said, nodding towards where she sat.

“You changed my life – all of you – so much,” he said – and in a nod to the infamous line from his track Dance No More, which was emblazoned on many fans’ t-shirts around the venue, he added: “Remember, respect your mother!”
