Jeff Lewis shed new light on case of revenge porn against Kelly Dodd on Monday’s episode of his radio show.
Weeks after the 50-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County alum is said to be risk imprisonment for allegedly taking pictures and sharing footage of a woman masturbating and having sex without her consent, causing the unnamed woman “severe emotional distress,” the ex. Freaking out star shared what he knew about the material.
“(The allegations are) complete and utter bullsh*t. DA didn’t suggest that at all,” Kelly Jeff, 56, told the June 22 episode of SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis live. “That’s not even what happened. Like at all. And I’m not pleading guilty. And I know my lawyer said these charges will be dismissed.”
From there, Jeff weighed in with his own account.
“I always think revenge porn charges are if you record someone without their consent or you take pictures without their consent and you distribute it, and I know for a fact that (Kelly) did none of that,” he declared.
Jeff then asked Kelly if it was possible that the woman in question sent her the photos and footage.
“I can’t talk about it,” she replied. “I have a gag order.”
Jeff went on to say that the person “took a picture of himself (and) sent it to Kelly,” and Kelly confirmed that “Jeff knew” about the incident since last year.
“This happened last June, by the way,” Kelly explained.
Kelly also said “Mm-hm” when she’s a comedian Jamie Kennedy56, asked whether someone could get in trouble for possessing a photo even if someone sent it to them, describing the idea as “crazy.”
“That’s why it gets rejected,” Jeff replied.
Also on the radio show, Kelly admitted feels purposeful.
“It’s so crazy how this bullshit happens to me, like, in the weirdest way. Like, I don’t understand. I don’t understand. Like, I just feel like I have a black cloud over me,” she explained.
