Now here’s a plot twist no one saw coming!
Jenni “JWoww” Farley is officially a married woman, and the way she and Zack Carpinello pulled their big day sounds straight out of a movie.
According to Peoplethe longtime couple invited around 50 of their closest family members and friends to what everyone thought was a special screening event for JWoww’s upcoming film, Nanny Cam. Guests arrived expecting a movie-themed party, complete with invitations, signage and even a red carpet experience. Instead, they got the surprise of a lifetime – a wedding!

The reality TV favorite and her now-husband apparently spent months keeping the secret under wraps, and it paid off big. speaks to People on Wednesday about their vision for the celebration, JWoww explained:
“We envisioned a small, meaningful celebration focused on the people who mean the most to us. We weren’t interested in having the biggest wedding possible. We wanted an unforgettable moment shared with our closest family and friends. The goal was to create memories, not create a production.”
And it sounds like that’s exactly what they achieved!!
The bride continued:
“More than anything, we wanted the day to feel authentic to us. The element of surprise, the family focus and the intimate guest list allowed us to create something personal and meaningful.”
The festivities took place at Madison Modern Social in Old Bridge, New Jersey. Guests were greeted by the local mayor who also acted as officiant and revealed the surprise wedding once everyone had arrived. Can you imagine the reactions?!
In fact, the couple admitted that the reveal itself was one of the things they were most looking forward to:
“We’ve spent months keeping this a secret, making invitations, planning the movie-themed details and building the surprise. Seeing our family and friends go from thinking they’re going to a special screening to Nanny Cam realizing they’re actually at our wedding will be a moment we’ll never forget.”
Instead of a traditional walk down the aisle, both newlyweds made their own memorable entrances. Zack, a giant James Bond fan, entered to music from Casino Royalewhile JWoww chose Lana Del Rey‘s Young and beautiful as a tribute to her boyfriend Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi.

The event was also full of personal touches! Ruby red, rose gold accents, candlelight and romantic flower arrangements created a dramatic fairytale atmosphere.
JWoww described the inspiration behind it all:
“The overall inspiration was a modern one Beauty and the Beast adventure with a dark romance twist. Ruby became the thread that tied everything together. From my ruby ring and Zack’s new rose gold ruby wedding band, to our color palette and the gifts we incorporated for our children, the ruby represented love, family and the next chapter in our story.”
One of the sweetest parts of the celebration involved the couple’s commitment to making their children feel included.
JWow shares daughter Meilani and son Greyson with ex-husband Roger Mathewsand she and Zack wanted the day to be about the whole family as they shared:
“This wedding is about our family, not just the two of us. We wanted the day to celebrate not only our love story, but also the family we’ve built together over the past seven years.”
The couple who got engaged at the top Empire State Building in 2021 exchanged a combination of traditional and handwritten vows on a date that holds special significance between their birthdays. They reflected on the day and shared:
“We wanted the day to feel personal, memorable and full of joy, and there’s something very special about sharing such a meaningful surprise with the people we love the most.”
As for why saying “I do” came so easily, JWoww had a simple explanation:
“Zack has always loved me exactly as I am. He is supportive, patient and puts family first.”
And Zack clearly feels just as lucky when he says:
“I love Jenni’s bold confidence and ambitions about life, but also her humorous and softer side, which she pretty much only shows me!”
The celebration also featured non-stop dancing, appetizers and drinks, and a stunning multi-tiered wedding cake decorated with deep red roses to match the dark-romantic theme of the event, according to the happy couple. And now the newlyweds are preparing to kick off the marriage with a trip to Italy and Switzerland with close friends.
Love it!!
What a fun, creative and genuinely heartfelt way to tie the knot! Congratulations to the happy couple!
