Tom Sandoval’s ex’s father requests a restraining order against him

Tom Sandoval’s ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson’s father, Will Robinson, filed for a restraining order against the former Bravo star after a video surfaced of Sandoval apparently pushed him into a lit campfire.

According to documents seen by Page Six Friday, Sandoval now faces a request for a civil harassment restraining order from Victoria’s father — a day after Sandoval was granted a request to get the couple immediately booted from their rented house in Los Angeles on Thursday.

The alleged June 3 fight between Victoria, Will and the “Vanderpump Rules” alum was recounted in Will’s filing, which claimed Sandoval “overpowered (his) daughter” during a “confrontational argument” at Sandoval’s residence before pushing him “backwards into a rock-lava” fire pit on the deck and “injuring him.”

Will also alleged that the reality TV star then re-entered the home – where Victoria and her father had been staying – and claimed he “started talking about having a gun himself.”

Victoria’s father further said he suffered injuries including a broken thumb, broken elbow, broken disc and lacerated heel.

The father of Tom Sandoval’s ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson, Will Robinson, filed a counter-injunction against the reality star on Friday. The trio is seen here in newly released footage from an alleged altercation on June 3.
In his filing, Will claimed he was “severely” injured during the alleged encounter, as seen above.

Will also claimed in his filing that since the alleged fall, Sandoval has visited the home “forced (Will) to call the police” and “started trouble.”

Victoria’s father wrote that the alleged June 3 altercation was “the 5th time to my knowledge he has gotten physical during a confrontation with my daughter,” adding, “This time I was assaulted and hurt by him.”

Will also claimed he needs the restraining order “to keep (Sandoval) away from me and my daughter’s residence.”

He has requested that Sandoval be ordered to stay at least 100 feet away from himself, his daughter and his home, as well as his vehicle.

Representatives for Victoria and her father were not immediately available to Page Six on Friday, and a representative for Sandoval did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

In his application, Will alleged that he was pushed “backwards into a stone-lava rock” fire pit on the deck.

A video appeared via Reddit Friday shows an apparent altercation between the exposed trio. In the clip, Will steps in as an agitated Sandoval asks Victoria, “Are you recording me right now?” before trying to grab her cell phone.

When Will appears to intervene, Sandoval apparently pushes him into the lit fireplace behind him and rushes into the home.

Will follows Sandoval inside, and crash sounds can immediately be heard coming from the home. Victoria then rushes into the house and yells, “No!”

Victoria’s father could later be heard apparently yelling: “He threw me in the f-king’s hearth. I’m gonna get you, bitch. Grandpa.”

According to TMZ, which first released the footage, the video was taken on June 3. The outlet was also first to report Thursday that Victoria had been arrested the same day for an alleged altercation Sandoval claimed left him visibly bruised and bloodied.

On Thursday, Sandoval granted his request that Victoria and her father, who had been living in his Los Angeles rental home, be ordered to vacate the residence.

Victoria was arrested for domestic violence and released the same day. She was also given a temporary restraining order at that time.

According to documents obtained by Page Six, Sandoval, 43, claimed an argument broke out on June 3, during which he took refuge in a spare bedroom, where Will followed and punched a hole in the wall.

He claimed that Victoria allegedly punched him, leaving visible blood on his ear and neck, and that the punch allegedly caused him to have blurred vision.

“The most recent physical incident occurred on June 3 when (she) punched my face and injured my neck and ear,” Sandoval wrote, according to documents.

“During this same incident, Mr. Robinson grabbed me and punched an approximately 12-inch hole in the door to my spare bedroom where I barricaded myself,” he continued.

“I suffered a bruise near my temple and the ridge of my eyebrow and bleeding from my ear and neck as a result of (Robinson) hitting me that night,” Sandoval claimed, adding that persistent pain in his mouth led him to “visit the ER to be evaluated.”

The “Traitors” alum also said he “deeply regret(s)” taking a call from Victoria’s mother from jail and allegedly lending her bail money.

The reality star’s request to have them “immediately” removed from his home and to stay 100 yards away from his workplace, home and vehicle was subsequently granted, documents obtained by Page Six on Thursday showed.

We have exclusively confirmed that the dual temporary restraining orders will expire on July 16, when another restraining order hearing is scheduled.

Page Six also confirmed yesterday that the former couple has split amid the drama, as Sandoval checked a box identifying Victoria as his “ex-girlfriend” in the temporary restraining documents.
