Wrote some songs about Ricky… Now she’s taking him back?!
That’s what Ariana Grande fans want to know! One of her name-dropped exes in her hit song Thanks, next, Ricky Alvarezbeen on my mind lately! It all started when she Eternal Sunshine Tour stopped in Austin and fans noticed that she changed some lyrics in her performance.
What originally said “wrote some songs about Ricky / now I’m listening and laughing” changed on Wednesday when she sang:
“Wrote some songs about Ricky / Now they kinda slap”

Ari also took it a step further! She was spotted this week with Ricky himself in ATX! They were seen at a restaurant on Thursday, but sources regarding TMZ warned fans not to get too excited just yet. They said Ari just celebrated her birthday with friends as she turns 33 on Friday and Ricky is one of her friends! Hmm.
We think it’s definitely possible! But we also understand why fans think this could be a reconciliation. Especially with the changed lyrics! Additionally, Ari is newly single after breaking up Ethan Slater earlier this month… But what do you think? Sound OFF (below).
