Lindsay Hubbard slap her”Cottage“co-star, West Wilsonafter his latest podcast where he appears to steer people away from watching a new episode of the Bravo reality series. On Instagram threads, Hubbard, who has been a “Summer House” OG since the show premiered in 2017, called Wilson “garbage” and claimed the Missouri native “threatened” her career more than once.
Hubbard’s recent Threads post, in which she called Wilson “garbage,” has gone viral. Elsewhere in the post, she slammed the 31-year-old for allegedly trying to “get people to not watch OUR show that I brought YOU on.”
The reality star’s post comes days after Wilson was seen on his “Show Me Something” podcast, telling his listeners he hoped the San Antonio Spurs would win last Saturday’s game against the New York Knicks, so viewers would steer clear of a special “Summer House” episode airing.
“If the Spurs win on Saturday and they go back to MSG and they play Game 6, it will be Tuesday night (at) the same time they air this fucking, gd-mn bonus episode,” he told his co-host. “Give me a fucking Knicks in 6 while this sh-t is on TV. I’ll be the happiest person in the motherland.”
He didn’t stop there. He then told his listeners that if Spurs win he would “pop champagne” to celebrate.
Hubbard had more to say about West Wilson after his social media post about the Spurs
While Season 10 of “Summer House” has officially wrapped, Bravo is airing a bonus episode on Tuesday, June 16, featuring conversations between Wilson/Kyle Cooke, Hubbard/Amanda Batula and Ciara Miller and Wilson’s ex-girlfriend, Meija.
In addition to calling him “garbage”, Hubbard also claimed that Wilson has tried to sabotage his career on several occasions. “West has tried to threaten my career/show 3 times now and it’s quite frankly disgusting. No other word to describe it,” she wrote online according to Page six.
Hubbard went on to say that Wilson spoke about her future on “Summer House” after she gave birth to her daughter, Gemma, and said that she would not be suitable for the series anymore. “We should have known then, he’s not smart, but here we are,” she wrote.
Bravo figurehead Andy Cohen broke his silence about Wilson’s comments on the “Summer House” bonus episode during his “Radio Andy” show.
“I mean, if I were him, I would have thought the same thing,” Cohen said. “I don’t know if I would have said it on my podcast. I don’t know if I would have said it out loud. But I definitely would have said it to my friends.”
Wilson’s comments come amid backlash he has received since announcing his romantic relationship with his co-star, Batula. Their relationship made headlines due to Wilson’s past association with Miller, Batula’s former best friend.
