After a report appeared today The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice‘s daughter Milania20, was arrested for assault, Reality Blurb spoke exclusively with an insider who addressed a recent conflict Milania was experiencing at home.
Specifically, there has been talk of Milania being kicked out of her family home, but several insiders insisted that’s not an accurate portrayal of what went on.
“There have been problems with Milania at home,” the sources explained of the 20-year-old, who is currently studying advertising and public relations at the University of Tampa. “But it’s not what it’s made out to be.”
“Milania came home from Miami before her finals because she had some stress from school,” they continued. “She didn’t want to go back because of all the stress she felt she was under. Teresa gave her a dose of tough love and told her she had to go back to school and that wasn’t an option.”
“This is where the rumor came from that she was kicked out, but that’s simply not true,” added an insider.
Seam previously reported, Milania was charged on May 14 with “simple assault” and “intentionally/knowingly causing bodily injury.”
A spokesman for the court said the case had been classified as domestic violence. A hearing was held on May 19 and no plea was entered.
When it comes to her arrest, an insider said Reality Blurb it sprung from one “explosive” family fight where one of her sisters decided to call the police.
“There was so much going on that her sister ended up pulling the trigger to call the police on her,” they added. “It was out of fear for people’s safety and for the fact that Milania was heading towards more people.”
To date, Milania, Bravo and Teresa have yet to comment on the incident and no further details have emerged.
Last month, Reality Blurb reported that Milania showed off a new tattoo on the inner lip just days before this alleged assault took place.
RHONJ‘s 15th season is currently filming, so it’s unlikely that Teresa will be able to avoid discussing this on camera.
