General Hospital spoilers for June 22 – July 3, 2026 include the return of Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) in the coming week Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) desperate last move comes the following week.
We’ll get into all the latest spoilers for the two weeks starting June 22, including what happens in sweeps, which kick off this week and then kick into high gear next week.
General Hospital: Week of 22-26 June Spoilers
On Monday, June 22, we have Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) taking a deposition from Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) at the PCPD, and she reminds Joe that they met at Wyndemere and then she says she can help him. So after Lucy makes her statement, Joe asks why she’s just coming forward. Now it’s here obviously Lucy points the police against Arrow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), so they retrieve her cell data, check her alibi, and the frame job begins.
And also on Monday, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) gets an update. So Lucy can tell Brook Lynn how things went at PCPD. And Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) tells Brook Lynn that she’s going to say, “I told you so” on Monday. But Chase gets so mad when he finds out what his wife is doing. And apparently it’s coming out, but not for a while yet.
GH Spoilers: Ava gets advice from Ethan
Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean Parsons) has some advice Ava Jerome (Maura West). This continues from last Friday when Ethan came to bring Ava to see Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). But Ava told Ethan that she wouldn’t cooperate unless he made it worthwhile. Willow has an unwelcome surprise awaits at home. And she says to someone, “You can’t be here.” I fully expect Sidwell to surprise Willow the same way he did with someone else. He sneaks around. He calls in and makes demands while making plans for the final repayment Laura Collins (Genie Francis), Sonny, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) and others.
Plus, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) narrates Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) that she really doesn’t want to be around them. And I wonder if they’ll tell Trina that they’ve buried the hatchet at least somewhat. Of course, that doesn’t work.
Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) wants Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zampogna) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) to tell him on the spot if they are going after Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr). If not, I’m sure Cassius will find another way to intercede, but he can’t go in person because Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) would follow.
General Hospital Week from 23-26 June Developments: Laura reveals a secret
On Tuesday, June 23, Laura learns a secret. So, Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) can tell her about Sidwell’s hotel trick and that he’s gunning for her, Lucas, Sonny. Brook Lynn vents Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) Tuesday. If Brook Lynn tells him she’s framing Willow, you know Michael will be all for it, even though he knows Brook Lynn was the other driver who Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) almost killed.
Chase makes a choice. So he can set some boundaries with Willow. And frankly, it’s about time. Also on Tuesday, Sonny challenges Ava. This week they are up in Sonny’s office. He and Ava have a tense conversation, and Ethan is right there watching the whole thing. Sonny may suspect that Ava knows how to find Sidwell, but Ava is closed off from him and doesn’t know where he is. But Sonny may do his usual thing and threaten to tear Avery Corinthos (Scarlett Spears) away from Ava if she doesn’t cooperate.
On Wednesday 24 June, Britt gets a promise from someone. I think, Rocco, obviously Britt thinks she’s going to be sick in the end. She’s not, but thinks she is. So she can get Rocco to promise to get to safety and just let her die. I doubt he will. We’ll see. Cullum pulls a quick one. But it might be about him trying to find out where Britt and Rocco are so he can wipe them out.
Anna returns on Wednesday. She is not back in Port Charles yet. She is still in France and we see her with her doctor there. She crochets in her bed and has a cute new hairstyle. However, Anna is soon on her way home to Port Charles, and she wants revenge. She’s out to kill someone. My money is on Cullum to turn on and dump her in France.
Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) makes a shocking confession. She can come clean to Lulu about Valentine Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Carly may have lied about Valentin hiding with her. Now that he’s gone, Carly thinks Valentin will disappear into a safe house or black WSB location, never to be seen again. Gio and Emma Scorpio-Drake (Brayden Bruner) are having a day Metro Court pool. The Metro Court the pool is finally open, everyone.
General Hospital July Sweeps – June 25 to July 3: Jordan Desperate for Help
Thursday 25 June. The July sweep starts today and runs through the third week of July. Jordan needs help. Maybe medical stuff, maybe personal. Sidwell might want revenge on her for betraying and turning against him. Plus, Chase gets a warning. This could be about Willow due to Lucy’s false statement causing the PCPD to look at Willow as the possible other driver.
Lulu and Dante figure something out. This could be another update on Britt and Rocco or Cullum or unfortunately all three. Plus, Cassius clashes with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). So Cassius comes down to see her and maybe talks about his concern for Rocco and Britt since Josslyn and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) are the only people he can really talk to openly at this point.

Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is called to the PCPD. This may be to accompany Willow, who may have been summoned for questioning. And if Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) picks her up, Willow might think that’s about it Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) and has Alexis come to represent her.
On Friday, June 26, Willow is completely stunned. She will be blindsided to be questioned about being a driver who left the scene of the accident that Jordan caused. Willow will deny it, of course, but there will be some digital evidence thanks to Brick (Stephen A. Smith). Anna also does something risky. She’s supposed to be coming home soon, so hopefully she won’t screw up the things that Willow arranged to get her back to New York.
Curtis once again jumps to the wrong conclusion. He might hear about the Willow charge and not buy it. Someone thinks fast. It might have something to do with Rocco or Britt. Then the week of June 29 to and including July 3. This is the first full week of July.
We may get a repeat on Friday. I don’t think so. But keep an eye out, because it’s the federal holiday before Saturday, July 4th, Independence Day. So when they have a holiday at the weekend, it usually goes the day before or the Monday after. We’ll see what Curtis does after his latest inaccurate jump to a conclusion. I’m sure it’s about Isaiah, because Curtis won’t give up on the idea of him being the second driver so easily.
General Hospital Juli undergoes major developments: Sidwell out for revenge & Anna returns
Sidwell bolsters his resources and lays out his plan to get revenge on Sonny, Laura and Lucas for setting him up. Plus, Willow is in disbelief about being accused of something she didn’t do. And it wasn’t even on her radar considering all the things she’s actually done. But the frame job works thoroughly, and according to summer spoilers, it’s still in play when Curtis goes to court to be charged with criminal assault.
Anna is back to Port Charles and gets his job back. Dante will be happy to give Anna the police commissioner’s chair back, and she will tell about Cullum, so his time in Port Charles is almost over. Drew’s recovery will begin soon and he will begin to regain mobility and speech. But if Jack delivers the goods, then Willow can blackmail Drew into causing his stroke and keeping him captive. We soon find out the identity of the mysterious Z. I suspect it is Serena Baldwin (Kelly Kruger). I would be thrilled if it was Johnny Zacchara (Brandon Barash). But I don’t think it is.
Sonny and Sidwell have their finale boss fight coming soonbut Cullum must die first, and Josslyn is involved in the final battle, which is supposed to take place at Wyndemere. We find out Valentin’s fate. I expect him to return to Port Charles with Z. We’ll get more on Britt’s health. She and Rocco will be back in Port Charles pretty soon, and both have to face the music, but Britt has a silver lining on the way.
Also some casting news. Jaquan Jackson is back as Quinn. He was on the show before. We’re still waiting on his air date, but it’s July. And Robert Gossett is also back as Marshall Ashford in July, presumably for Curtis’ trial.
