Katie Price has been given a new ring by husband Lee Andrews after he was reportedly released from Al Awir Prison in Dubai
Katie Price has shown off another fresh ring from husband Lee Andrews following claims he recycled hers earlier when he proposed to another woman.
She has reinforced her dedication to her partner despite suggestions she had made to see him to end their relationship. It looks far from reality after he was freed from the notorious Al Awir prison in Dubai – although she has acknowledged that he has more things to attend to.
She has now returned to the Middle East and it seems he has tried to win her over with a lavish gift. She reshared a photo of the couple soaking up the sunshine in Dubai, with a caption describing the pair – who tied the knot within days of their first meeting – as ‘wedding goals’.
Katie approved the photo and posted it to her Facebook audience. She wrote it “Mr. and Mrs. Love my new ring.”
Lee made waves when reports emerged that he had allegedly used the same ring to propose to his former partner Dina Taj as he did when he asked Katie to marry him, reports. the mirror.
The latest ring represents another gift he’s splashed out on, having already bought her another ring just weeks after their wedding in January.
After a fortnight of turbulent rumors about his whereabouts, it emerged that Lee had been imprisoned. When he was released from custody last week, his immediate priority was to reach out to his spouse.
An insider revealed: “He called Kate straight away and she was thrilled – not least because she didn’t pay a penny of the £140,000 fine to get him out. Of course she’s heard the discourse around him and she’s not stupid.
“She knows the optics aren’t great if she stays with this man. But as any love-bombed woman knows, it’s hard to leave when you’re treated so well.”
Katie arrived back in the UK without her wedding ring after her visit to Lee in prison last week, but a source close to her revealed she has no intention of ending the relationship.
She stated that she had been approached to pay a six-figure sum to secure Lee’s release, but had declined. “The only way Lee will get out of jail is for him to fix it himself. If not, he will be in jail. I’m not here (in Dubai) to pay anything for anyone. There’s nothing I can do. I’ve got my own life, even though he’s part of my life,” she said.
Lee had initially claimed that his arrest and detention stemmed from espionage charges, although it was subsequently reported to be a private civil matter.
In an unprecedented admission, Katie revealed she needed answers from Lee and warned she would walk away if he failed to provide them. “I need answers and if I don’t like the answers I’m gone,” she told the Sun newspaper.
She went on to say: “I’m 48. I don’t have to waste my time. We get along really well and he’s so intelligent… As much as I want to listen to the women (his exes) and I’m really open about it, I know what a good woman I am.”
