
Milania Giudice breaks silence after domestic violence arrest
Milania Giudice is speaking out after news of her recent arrest made headlines.

The 20-year-old daughter of The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice was arrested May 14 and charged with simple assault after an alleged domestic assault, according to court records and law enforcement officials.
A police source said so Teresa and Joe Giudice third daughter was taken into custody by Montville Township Police Department at approximately 18.12 local time. According to court documents, Milania was charged with “simple assault” and “intentionally/knowingly causing bodily harm.” Authorities later confirmed the charge stemmed from a domestic violence investigation.

“The investigation resulted in Milania Giudice is charged with a summons complaint with one count of simple assault, in violation of a disorderly persons offense.” Montville Township Police Chief Andrew Caggiano said in a statement.
The statement continued: “The investigation resulted in Milania Giudice is charged with a summons complaint with one count of simple assault, in violation of a disorderly conduct offense.” Milania was released pending her next court appearance. Court officials have classified the case as a domestic violence case, although further details of the alleged incident have not been released.

Following reports of her arrest, Milania appeared to address the issue through a series of cryptic posts on social media. Although she did not directly reference the allegations, she shared messages praising her mother and urging followers to remain “humble”.
The arrest comes during what should have been a celebratory time for the University of Tampa student, who recently finished his sophomore year of college.

It also comes as The Real Housewives of New Jersey is preparing to return for season 15 after a nearly two-year hiatus. Despite earlier speculation of major cast shakeups, Teresa Giudice and her daughters are expected to return to Well done franchise.
Milania has spent much of his life in the public eye after appearing on RHONJ as a child.

Over the years, she and her sisters – Gia, Gabriella and Audriana — has navigated much-publicized family challenges, including both parents serving prison terms and Joe Giudice subsequent deportation to Italy. Milania was scheduled to appear in court on May 19. According to reports, no plea was entered at that hearing.
