Million Dollar Nannies Cast on Nanny Sleeping With Dad Scandal


Million Dollar Nanny shocked viewers when the show introduced a scandal with a nanny sleeping with the father of a child she was watching.

During the Hulu series, Leah Barr’sa former nanny for the Kardashian-Jenner family, revealed that she had previously been in contact with a father who hired her to babysit his child. This sent shockwaves through her nanny friend group, who were worried about how the revelation would affect their careers in Ibiza.

“At first when I found out, it was more figuring out the details and kind of trying not to jump to conclusions,” Mitchell told Bienvenue exclusively. Us Weekly about his first reaction. “There was a lot of ignorance because we had just met Leah and we didn’t want to just pass judgment without knowing anything.”

Mitchell remembered that he wanted to know the whole story first.

“It was more about gathering all the information and hearing Leah talk,” he noted. “Then it was about coming up with an actual plan to not let that destroy what we’re trying to do in creating a nanny agency.”

Million Dollar Nanny, which is streaming now on Hulu, follows a young group of elite nannies as they head to Ibiza to launch an agency built for nannies.

“They are promised VIP families, life-changing money and a shot at something bigger than either of them could build alone,” read the official synopsis. “But fierce competition, personal drama and a scandal from the past threaten to derail the dream before summer sets in.”

Leah’s confession ultimately affects the group as word spreads. To his fiancee, Taylor Haywardit was hard to know who to trust in the situation after a client had spilled the beans to the rest of the island.

“Obviously I was shocked at first. I didn’t hear it from Leah herself, so of course I wanted to know for sure,” she shared Us. “If he was single or if he was married and all that. So I didn’t know any details.”

Taylor defended her decision, saying, “I got super, super close with (my boss) and I never really had any of the girls by my side all the time. I felt a little alone and she was someone that I trusted with everything. I told her because I just felt comfortable and it was like one thing (I regret).”

While some of the drama was wrapped up at the end of the season, the pair promised that more had been going on behind the scenes.

“Things got a little bit rocky in certain situations between us. There are definitely close friend groups within all eight of us,” Mitchell hinted. “Now, it’s been interesting to see new friendships form, and we all remain relatively close. But I definitely think there are stronger groups of friends among the entire cast than others.”

He continued: “There are many things that still need to be talked about and there are many things that can still find their way into cleaning the air.”
