Cottage stars Amanda Batula and West Wilson was seen heading to another wedding.
The news comes hot on the heels of it being confirmed that West will do not return for the eleventh season of the program.
According to a Deuxmoi post, one person submitted the following tip:
“Hey Deux!” a tipster wrote in along with a photo of Amanda and West at the airport. “Anon thanks! One of the (blank) is getting married.”
“I know a friend of a friend who attends!” they continued. “Guess who’s officiating their wedding… none other than West ‘I can’t commit’ Wilson and Amanda is his plus 1. Apparently they’ve already stated that there’s a no phones policy and everyone has to put their phones in a box before the wedding so I hope we get pictures/videos somehow. Just wanted to share the irony of someone who’s never been loyalty and loyalty commitment from someone who’s never been loyalty and loyalty day outside the wedding!”
Deuxmoi captioned the post with the following: “‘Summer House’ cast members Amanda Batula & West Wilson spotted touching down at a wedding weekend. Please note that this email was submitted anonymously and cannot be verified. However, we did report a few months ago about a wedding that West allegedly officiated.”
TMZ spoke with insiders connected to the show on June 15, who claimed that West was not asked back for next season and therefore will not be around when the show begins filming over the Fourth of July weekend.
The sources noted that it’s possible he could make a cameo appearance if he’s still dating Amanda.
The news came afterwards Lindsay Hubbard had suggested that West had been fired from the series.
“The fact that West wants the Knicks to lose so they play Game 6 and less people will then watch the Summer House bonus episode… will this man even have a job next season?” asked Lindsay in a June 13 Threads post.
She referred to West revealing that he hoped the New York Knicks lost game five of their championship series so a sixth game would air the same night as the bonus episode of Cottage is set to air. His thought was that people would pay attention to the Knicks instead Cottage.
Lindsay then added, “Too late,” apparently implying that he wasn’t asked to return to the show.
