The Real Housewives of Orange County The cast is back for the show’s milestone 20th season, and they’re joined by some familiar faces.
Beyond Vicki Gunvalson64, reclaim his orange along with recurring cast members Tamra Judge58, Shannon Beador62, Heather Dubrow57, Emily Simpson50, Gina Kirschenheiter42, Jennifer Pedranti48 and a beginner Carmella Garcia43, former stars of the show, including Jean Keough70, Jo de la Rosa45, Tammy Knickerbocker62, Lynn Curtin69, Peggy Tanous57 and Lizzie Rovsek46, is in the mix as the women face both old and new drama.
“Twenty years of housewives, baby! And believe me, we’re not done!” Tamra declares in a June 11 trailer.
In addition to trips to the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas and Tokyo, the cast is seen dressing up as old people when mentioning their long-running series.
“We’re still doing our thing after 20 years,” notes Gina.
“I’m a completely different person than when I started,” adds Shannon.
Meanwhile, Vicki says, “It feels so good to be back with my orange.”
Although Vicki is happy to be back, she is not thrilled about the show’s new addition.
After Jennifer describes Carmella as “fun,” “quirky” and “sexy,” and reveals that she was a former Playboy Playmate of the Year, Vicki calls her Carmella de Vil and warns that “karma is ab*tch.”
“I don’t like new girls,” she later tells Tamra.
“But you’re new this year too,” Carmella replies.
“I started this franchise,” Vicki says back.
“Everything has an expiration date,” Carmella continues.
Vicki also faces drama with Tamra and Shannon, who a bit of an outcome years ago.
“I’m in the middle of two really good friends for a long time,” explains Vicki.
So, when Shannon says, “I’m not going to be stupid and go back,” Tamra demands, “Let it go.”
When Shannon meets a new suitor and Jennifer breaks down over people being unkind to her son, Heather faces tensions with her mother, Carol Kent.
“I don’t want things to be left unsaid,” Heather tells her mother, but her mother can’t think of anything to say.
“How you’re raised affects who you become,” Heather says in a confessional.
Heather also has issues with Emily, who tells Jennifer that she thinks she is obsessed with her.
Elsewhere, Emily is met marital turmoil with man Shane Simpson.
“Are you and Shane okay?” Jennifer asks her.
“You look like you’re at your wits end,” notes Tamra.
And Emily admits, “I don’t know, maybe.”
Also on RHOC season 20, Gina gets engaged to Travis Mullen. But unfortunately she doesn’t seem sold on the idea of forever.
“There’s a part of me that’s like, ‘Can I do this forever?'” she admits.
Regarding Vicki’s relationship with Michael Smithshe reveals that he’s had an engagement ring for her “for a year.”
“Be a good girl. Maybe you’ll get it,” Michael teases in another scene.
Also in the trailer, Vicki is seen breaking down.
“I’m going to lose my mind right now … everybody can get the hell out of my house. I’m out,” she declares as the teaser ends.
The Real Housewives of Orange County season 20 premieres on Thursday 9 July at 8/7c on Bravo.
