’90 Day Fiancé’: Producers step in after Mido gets into alarming brawl with Debby and her friends

“90 Day Fiancé” producers stepped in after Mido and Debby got into an explosive argument on Sunday’s episode.

Mido, 41, moved from Egypt to New Orleans to be with Debby, 55, on this season of “90 Day Fiancé,” but that hasn’t been trouble free for the unlikely couple. Mido seems to want to pursue his dream of becoming a movie star in the US more than he actually wants to marry Debby, which he almost confirmed during the episode.

Mido attended an acting class where he butted heads with the coach, Jim, because he did not want to follow the coach’s directions during a rehearsal.

After practice, Jim told the cameras, “If I had to give Mido a grade for his participation today, I’d give him a C+. For emotional availability, he did very well, but there’s definitely room for improvement in being coachable.”

However, Mido butted heads with the acting trainer as he did not want to listen to his instructions. TLC

During a conversation with Jim after class, Mido asked him his opinion of him move to Hollywood to pursue acting. When the coach replied that there were a lot of aspiring actors who never achieved A-list stardom and said that many had to take survival jobs, Mido wasn’t having it.

“I’m not trying to find another job because if I work another job it might take away from my focus,” he said. “I know Debby, she’ll support me and she knows it’s my passion.”

He also told Debby that he couldn’t do chores around the house like washing up or taking out the trash because his “hands hurt sometimes.”

Later, Debby and Mido dressed up as a pharaoh and a queen to spend his first Halloween in the US together, and although Debby was excited as it was Mido’s first time meeting his friends, he was clearly not in the mood. Mido dismissively said that he didn’t care if her friends liked him or not.

But things quickly soured as Mido wasn’t interested in meeting Debby’s friends or having any conversation. TLC
Debby and Mido then got into an explosive argument in the car, which escalated when he swore at her. TLC

Debby told cameras about her fiance’s sudden cold attitude: “Mido can go from one to 100 in five seconds. I’m whiplash. One minute it can be great and the next minute it can be anything.”

When the pair met up with Debby’s friends at a haunted house, Mido was more interested in interacting with the haunted house artists than talking to her friends. The mood further soured when Debby gave one of her friends, Laura, a ride home, and Mido remained silent the entire drive.

When Debby stepped out of the car and returned, Mido became annoyed as she began to cry. He showed no empathy for her and refused to have a conversation about why he was being so rude, harshly telling her to focus on her driving and beating on her.

Debby refused, telling him to take an Uber if that’s what he wanted, saying she wouldn’t tolerate him yelling at her. Things quickly escalated and became explosive when Mido told Debby, “F–k you.”

Debby yelled that she was done “with the whole f-king thing” and that Mido was “going home,” which is when a producer stepped in and tried to diffuse the situation.

Mido then got into another shouting match with Debby’s friend, who tried to stick up for Debby when Mido told her to shut up. TLC

Mido continued to yell and taunt Debby for crying and called her a “b-ch”. She then said she needed him out of her house as they took the argument outside the car. One of her friends, Astra, stepped in after he told Debby to shut up, which quickly escalated to Mido and Astra getting into a shouting match.

Mido yelled at her, which she didn’t understand as she yelled back, “That’s not how you treat the woman in America, motherf-ker!”

Mido eventually refused to engage and sarcastically thanked Astra for showing him respect. Debby eventually got back into the car and drove off alone, leaving Mido standing on the curb.

“F–k you,” he told her one last time as she drove off.
