General Hospital LEAK: Cullum Marked for Murder – Jason’s Explosive New Story Begins!

General Hospital fans, we’ve got another rumor roundup for you from our inside sources, including a timeline of terrible Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) dies and must finally meet his maker. Also about what Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) does when he’s back on stage. In just a few weeks, we’ll also be talking about what happens when Lulu Spencer finds out the truth about her lover.

And before we dive in, I always want to make it clear, I like to clarify that when I do these rumors, these are leaks. They are not official spoilers. We have a few sources. You have a really good track record. The other one I’d say is more like 70% accurate, but I love rumors.

General Hospital: Dominic Zamprogna discusses Dante and Lulu

So here we go. And on top of that, a few leaked bits of info came straight from an actor at a recent fan event. So let’s start with that. Then we get into things from our sources behind the scenes. So the actor Dominic Zamprogna, who of course plays Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), did a fan event recently with Alexa Havens, who plays Lulu. And then Dominic also did an interview with someone else. So here’s what came out of it all.

Only in the interview did he talk about Dante and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and seems very excited about them. He also confirmed that there is no romantic reunion of Dante and Lulu in sight. So even when she finds out Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey), she doesn’t turn on Dante.

And speaking of the fan event, it looks like Dominic was talking about Cassius and Lulu. So reportedly Dominic said that Lulu finds out that Cassius is not Nathan. So she basically slept with Cassius under false pretenses, not knowing who he was. But Dominic said that Lulu is not angry, but she is hurt. And he said that Cassius really loves Lulu and doesn’t want to see her hurt.

Dominic also said that Dante won’t be police commissioner for much longer. When Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is back, despite her mental breakdown, she wants her job back. Dominic also said that Ryan Paevey has finished his run. So if true, that means Cassius must die or go. It makes some sense because he is a villainous henchman for Sidwell and Cullum. And Dominic also said that Dante admits to Anna that he got rid of the evidence of Cullum’s shooting.

General Hospital: Cullum’s death and the return of Serena Baldwin

And speaking of the very bad man in charge of WSB, we’ve heard for a while that his counterpart Brennan was going to be killed, but the powers that be might have changed their minds. So here’s what we’ve heard. Ross Cullum will be dead within the next two weeks. And I’m totally down for that. It is also right at the beginning of July sweeps. So it makes perfect sense.

And there’s more WSB info from the leak. The talk is about the reworked Serena Baldwin, who will be played by Kelly Krueger. She is sent for the first time in July. So the rumors arrive as a WSB agent working under Brennan. And rumor has it that Serena will investigate Cullum’s death. And Serena is reportedly helping too clean up the mess Cullum left behind and worked to address the power vacuum in the WSB caused by his death.

General Hospital: Jason’s Return and the WSB Storyline Pivot

Okay, now let’s get into this story pivot for Jason. When he returns, he will be back on screen in July. We heard backstage chatter for a while that the showrunner has wanted to shift away from mob stories and get more into WSB stories. I don’t hate that. I loved back then too Robert Scorpion (Tristan Rogers) and Anna and Shawn Donnelly, all that international spy stuff in the heyday of the 80s and 90s. So the rumor is that Anna is convincing Jason to join the WSB. Yes, you heard it.

So of course we know that Brennan has wanted him and made efforts to get Jason to work for him, but he always refused. So we’ve heard that Serena has been named as Jason’s handler, and reportedly Frank Valentini is behind this. Rumor has it that the showrunner wants to make Jason and Serena the next Robert and Anna, a super spy duo. And our source says they brought Serena, aged her and brought her back specifically for this story. She was supposed to be 33 and the new actress is 43. So I don’t know if I would even call it a fast age. It’s not much of an age difference.

General Hospital: Serena and Drew Romance Ahead?

And just to spill all the tea, we had what may be a conflicting rumor from our other less reliable source saying that Serena would be Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) next love interest. The source said they screen tested four actresses with Cameron Mathison and chose Kelly Krueger. It seems contradictory. But considering how much soaps love a threesome, it could be that Serena is involved with first one brother and then the other. It wouldn’t be the first time that Jason and Drew had overlaps in their love lives.

And I will say that we’ve heard for a while that Jason and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will not last. We’ve also heard that Jason was supposed to join WSB when Steve Burton first came back to General Hospital this time, and that was part of the reason he came back after his absence over the whole vaccine thing.

So there was reportedly a problem with the recasting of Jagger Cates, who was supposed to be Jason’s first WSB handler. We heard some backstage drama about casting that they didn’t get who they wanted for the role of Jagger. So they went a different direction and kicked the WSB and Jason’s story down the road. But now that Steve Burton is back from hiatus, I think we’ll soon see Jason and whether he joins WSB or not.

General Hospital: Jason’s Indonesian story and new casting rumors

Our General Hospital The source also said that Burton’s character will be on screen but is stuck in Indonesia for a month or so, where he is now being detained by WSB. So the source also kind of called out the head writers and said they don’t write very well. And if you remember the last time Burton came back, when he was patient six, I think that was also about a month or more. First he was in the clinic where Ava Jerome (Maura West) spotted him, and then it was four to five weeks later that Jason plunged through the ceiling of Metro Court to save Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco).

So I fully believe we will get that Jason back but not back in Port Charles for a while. Additionally, our source said a major new female hire is coming soon. However, that leak may refer to the hiring of Kelly Krueger as the recast Serena Baldwin. We’ll see. We have also seen more men employed recently. I’m just not sure Port Charles needs more citizens at this point, but we heard that one of these new men coming is a potential match for Brooklyn Quartermaine (Brook Kerr) because her marriage seems to be on a downward spiral towards an inevitable breakup due to her lies and schemes and of course due to Chase’s (Josh Swickard) naivety when it comes to murder Arrow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).

General Hospital: Cassadine returns and unconfirmed rumors

That is also a big problem. And then we’ve got stuff from the leaker, whose track record isn’t nearly as good. So I definitely take these things with a whole block of salt, not just a single grain of salt. One is that two Cassadines will return this fall. Not one, but two. And they are supposedly both old Cassadines.

So it might be Helena back as someone’s nightmare. Maybe her son Valentin. You know, most of the other Cassadines are dead. Victor was bombed on that boat. Dante shot and killed Stavros. Then again, Cassadines are hard to kill. I think it would be super nice if we got Nicholas Cassadine back either with a new reworked face or with Marcus Col or Adam Hus.

And we’ve heard there’s a woman named Norico who was cast as a recurring nurse character. Okay, that’s the last of our rumours. We’ll see how much of this manifesto and how much was just idle backstage chatter.
