Lisa Vanderpump responded to Paul “PK” Kemsley‘s recent reunion with her husband, Ken Toddwhile giving a tour of her new hotel, The Vanderpump Hotel, earlier this week.
After PK, 58, attended the opening of the venue after a year-long feud, instigated by Lisa, 65, and Ken’s “Puppy gate” drama with his now divorced wife, Dorit Kemsley49, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum talked about the men’s reconciliation while also confirming it Vanderpump rules alum Scheana Shay41, is not welcome at his hotel.
“He was at Robert Earl’s birthday, and it’s a mutual friend. I think PK was ready to apologize. So he called Ken and he said – I mean, it was a men-only party. I wasn’t invited to it,” Lisa shared Entertainment tonight on June 16. “But yeah, they definitely made it up. Why not?”
After joking (we think) that Ken would change his last name to “Vanderpump,” noting that their daughter, Pandora Vanderpump-Sabo40, “always kept” the name, Lisa said she always knew her Vanderpump empire “had to go somewhere.
“We just didn’t know where,” she explained. “(And) I knew at a very young age that I didn’t want to change (my last name), so when I got married, I didn’t change it.
In another moment of the interview, Lisa confirmed that “a few” of her former co-stars were banned from staying at the Vanderpump Hotel.
“Yeah, a couple of them, for sure. Well, I’m not naming names, but Scheana. You can’t lie about someone and then think you are invited to their hotel,” she declared.
According to Lisa, she focused on positivity and on those who had supported her over the years when choosing her guest list for the venue’s opening.
Looking back on the creation of the hotel, Lisa, whose photographs are displayed throughout the space, said, “You have to be within the perimeter of what you get, so that’s what we do. But we want to make something beautiful.”
The Vanderpump Hotel is now accepting reservations.
