EastEnders viewers are sure they’ve identified the pregnant woman from Max Branning’s flashforward episode set in 2027

The mystery surrounding the identity of the pregnant woman in the EastEnders flashforward episode appears to have been solved, according to fans.
In the teaser for the New Year’s episodeMax Branning (Jake Wood) is seen waking up in 2027. As he rolls over in bed, a woman also wakes up next to him, but her identity is obscured.
She has a baby bump which she caresses and the camera then pans to a baby scan and pregnancy supplement. It’s not clear who the woman is, but the scene hints that Max is expecting a child with a mystery partner as he smiles at her.
In the clip, Max is seen with a suit hanging up, and it is confirmed that he will marry a mystery bride on the same day. No more has been revealed about the scene, but fans think they have found out who the character in the bed is.
After Priya Nandra-Hart (Sophie Levy Khan) recently slept with Max following her breakup with Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara), fans wondered if she would be pregnant by the end of the year; however some EastEnders fans don’t think so.
During Monday’s (June 15) trip to Walford, Max’s son Oscar Branning (Pierre Counihan-Moullier) was once again stuck in the middle of twins Jasmine (Indeyarna Donaldson-Holness) and Josh (Joshua Vaughan) as he delivered shocking news.
Oscar was forced to tell both of his girlfriends that he may have given them both chlamydia, leaving Jasmine throwing a drink at her ex-boyfriend.
Later, the trio head to the sexual health clinic to be tested for STDs, and things don’t go smoothly as Jasmine continues to ignore her brother.
EastEnders fans are convinced Jasmine is about to discover she’s pregnant with Oscar’s baby and she’s the mum-to-be in Max’s flat on New Year’s Day 2027.
Taking to Reddit, one EastEnders viewer wrote: “I think Jasmine is the pregnant one in the NYD flash forward.”
Another added: “Please don’t tell me Jasmine will find out she’s pregnant,” while a third asked: “After Josh’s attitude today I wonder how he’d react to Jasmine’s pregnancy. I didn’t think they’d make him creepy or villainous, but after today I’m not so sure.”
On X, another added: “What if more than one woman gets pregnant between now and new year to keep us guessing who will end up sleeping with Max, just like with the many bride options so far, maybe Priya, maybe Jasmine #eastenders.”
“Yes, I am convinced that either Jasmine or Josh has contracted an STD and Jasmine is pregnant, possibly on her way to being the pregnant woman in Max’s bed next to Priya,” said one viewer.
They added: “Priya seems like the easiest route for it at the moment as they could do a ‘Who’s the daddy’ plot as she’s slept with both Ravi and Max, but I don’t really want that for her. If Priya is pregnant – I hope the baby is Ravi’s.”
