According to an insider who spoke to Daily Mail“Mostly Ella lives at her father’s house and when she travels she usually stays with friends or family.”
The source added: “She’s met a lot of people through John but she only has a small circle of close friends. She’s a very private person.”
The low-profile lifestyle contrasts with many celebrity offspring, who often share their lives online. Another insider suggested there’s a simple reason for that, explaining that “her friends aren’t famous.”
They added: “She is friendly with some of John’s friends’ children who have known her forever.”
While Ella Bleu may not seek constant attention, her quiet existence has sparked curiosity as to why she remains so close to her famous father.
Tragedy strengthened their family ties
The relationship between Ella and John Travolta seems to have deepened after devastating losses in their family.
In 2009, the actor and his late wife Kelly Preston lost their son Jett, who died aged 16 after suffering a seizure. More than a decade later, Preston died after a battle with breast cancer.
An insider believes these tragedies changed the father-daughter relationship forever.

She said: “It was maybe the first song I wrote in real time when I was experiencing first love. It was something completely new and I was like, ‘What’s happening to me? What are these new feelings?'”
Ella added: “I also wondered if the other person felt the same way, what would happen in the future… I composed it and fell in love at the same time. It’s one of my favorite songs because I poured so much of myself into it.”
Another insider said Ella is hoping for lasting love but remains focused on work, explaining that “Love and dating can take a back seat for now.”
They also dismissed suggestions that Scientology controls her future, saying “it does not dictate her life and her career as some might assume.”
According to the source, “She matures through loss and the determination to become better as a person and become better in a profession.”
