General Hospital early weekly spoilers from June 29 to July 3 with Arrow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is horrified by a false accusation that was hurled at her out of the blue. Plus, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is furious when he can’t get hold of Sidwell, whom he is ready to murder in cold blood.
We’ll get into all the good stuff. Starting the week of June 29, including July sweeps in high gear. As always, we’ll start on the early release day with what’s coming the rest of this week, then move into next week.
General Hospital Week 24-26 June Developments: Emma Relived & Carly Confesses
So on Wednesday 24 June at Emma Scorpio Drake (Brayden Bruner) spends time hanging out with Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza). Metro Court pool. Emma also tells Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) she has no idea how relieved she is to hear that. And I suppose this is an update on Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) comes home, which will have everyone excited.
Speaking of Emma’s grandmother, Anna knits in her hospital bed in the French psychiatric ward when her doctor comes in and says “bonjour” and she tells her doctor that she is really looking forward to a visit. So yes, Finola Hughes is finally back. Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) makes a shocking confession. She tells Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) it Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is a WSB agent. And then Carly tells Lucas that she has to break in Wyndemere and needs him to help her get in there and get to Josslyn. I’m sure Carly will work it all out. And she tells him, “We’re going in.” And Lucas says, “And we’re not going without Josslyn.”
General Hospital: Britt makes Rocco leave her
Still hiding out on that island, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) extracts a promise from Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr). So we get to see Britt tell Rocco to get his passport and leave. So it looks like Britt can run an errand. And she comes back to the cottage and finds an unpleasant situation.
We know that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zampogna) and Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) was heading that way, and we’re going to see Britt go in. She is startled and Rocco looks shaken. Hopefully this is Dante and Lulu and they got there before Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes). I’m sure Dante and Lulu will take Rocco and just run, but I don’t know if he’ll agree to leave Britt.
Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) tells Danny Morgan (Asher Jared Antonyzyn) that no one can know this. And then we’re going to have Charlotte, I’m sure, tell him that she overheard her mother Lulu telling her grandmother Laura that Rocco shot Cullum, and you know he might know that Rocco shot him.
Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) tells someone that once the project is underway, he plans to disappear. He might be talking to Cullum. Also on Wednesday, the bad WSB guy does something deceptive. So, Cassius knows where It’s Britt and Rocco and I don’t think Cassius would willingly tell Cullum, but he can fool him.
Almenhospital: July sweeps begin – 25 June onwards
So Thursday 25 June is the very first day of July. It will run all the way to July 20th. Josslyn and Cassius don’t see eye to eye. He goes down to talk to Josslyn and might want to talk to her about Dante and Lulu. Cassius can tell Josslyn that they’ve gone to get Rocco and Britt. We know Josslyn is one of the few people Cassius can be completely honest with because she knows everything, but something will go sideways and they end up clashing.
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is going down to the PCPD so Willow can ask Alexis to be there while she’s being questioned since Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) tries to help frame Willow. Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) also receives a warning. This may be from DA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor). If Dante tells the acting DA that Chase tried to stop him from questioning Willow, I’m sure Justine will jump at the chance to find something to accuse Willow of and fire Chase if she can.
But we do know that Willow was in the house during the day. She wasn’t there that night. She wasn’t on the road, but Brick (Stephen A. Smith) has falsified her cell records. Also, Drew confirms it Pil was on the way. I don’t think it will do. I mean, how would the housebound lame know where she was?
General Hospital: Michael tries to help Brook Lynn
I thought that was interesting Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) tried to warn Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) that it was not a good idea to investigate that crash. Michael tried to warn Brook Lynn that she might expose her own misdeeds, but Michael stopped revealing that he knows she was the other car in that accident.
Dante and Lulu find out the truth about something. So if they get to where Rocco and Britt are hiding, she can finally unpack it all to Dante and Lulu and just tell them what Cullum and Sidwell forced her to do and withheld her medicine, all the good stuff. Also on Thursday, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) needs help. We’ll see if it has anything to do with Brook Lynn’s frame job at Willow or some other matter. Sidwell can still come to her looking for payback.
General Hospital Spoilers Friday and July Sweeps Week
Friday, June 26, Danny thinks on his feet. So it might tie in with Cullum snooping around looking for Lulu to grill her more about Rocco and why he’s out of town because no one wants Cullum to know that Lulu and Dante have left. Also, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) gets things wrong again. I’m sure he will soon find out that Willow is being questioned as the other driver. And if Curtis finds out someone, but not who, made a statement that she was on the road that night, I wouldn’t be surprised if Curtis thinks it’s Isaiah trying to frame Willow for his actions.
Anna also takes a risk. She is ready to go back to Port Charles soon. Hopefully she won’t screw it up. But she also knows about Victor and wants the people of Port Charles to know, but hasn’t been able to warn anyone. So maybe she’ll get a chance to do it. And Willow is in shock and disbelief. I expect her to go blind if Justine confronts her with cell phone evidence that she was on that road along with a witness who says Pil was at the house that night and then left to drive that route.

Almenhospital: July sweeps in full gear – June 29 to July 3
Then the week of June 29 to and including July 3. This is the first full week of General Hospital July sweeps. Friday 3 July is also the official federal holiday. Independence Day happens to fall on a Saturday this year so there is a chance for a repeat, but hopefully it will be a new episode and we won’t get a repeat. But just keep an eye on your DVR.
We find out more about Carly and Lucas’ plan to sneak onto Spoon Island and save Josslyn. With Valentin gone and Carly thinks she never will see him again, she is not willing to gamble on this mysterious Z to save her daughter, Josslyn. We’ll soon see Rocco and Britt back in Port Charles, although Dante and Lulu had originally planned to stay on the run with their son. Something changes that brings them back home.
General Hospital: Drew’s Recovery Coning Up Soon
Drew will start to feel better soon. But if Jack comes through for Willow, she can blackmail Drew into not only keeping quiet about her causing his stroke and possibly discrediting Dante about his blinkered answers to these questions. We know Drew wants revenge on Willow, but not at the cost of his freedom. And Jack has hard evidence on him that could send him to prison.
In addition, we get an update regarding Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) as he continues to fight with his recovery while faking locked in at Turning Woods. The frame job at Willow is going to hang around for a while. But even if they have the false evidence that put her on the road that night, there would be no evidence that she knew about a wreck. And again, Jordan was to blame. So I’m sure Willow will tell Chase she’s being set up. I think he will believe her, which may drive Brook Lynn over the edge.
Sidwell gathers his resources and plots revenge, while Sonny is desperate to find and kill him and furious that he has no leads on the villain. There is going to be secondary damage in their final match. And by the way, as this week ends, we’re only 10 days away from Steve Burton’s return as Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
