Keke Palmer has always kept his personal life guarded, and for good reason. The talented actress and singer has been in the spotlight since she was a child, debuting in the 2006 film Akeelah and the bee at the young age of 13. From there, Keke’s star has only risen to new heights in the entertainment industry, and with that comes a lot of scrutiny of her personal life. Through all the rumors, Keke has always been very clear not define his sexualitybut that hasn’t stopped fans from speculating. So who has Keke dated during her career?
In February 2026, Keke said she was “almost 100 percent sure” she was asexual while reflecting on her Valentine’s Day celebration.
“Chile, let’s talk about it. How was your Valentine’s Day?” she began in her Instagram caption. “I spent mine with my mom, sister and son. Then I went to a coworker’s smashing birthday party. Yes, I said smashing. Absolutely nothing romantic went down, crazy! I’m so cute!” Keke added: “But I don’t like anyone and I’m almost 100% sure I’m asexual. I have no interest in anyone but I wish I did!”
Four months later, Keke confirmed his thinking during a conversation with Michelle Williams on her podcast, “Baby, This Is Keke Palmer.”
“I think we have to try things on for size,” Keke pointed out as she and Michelle discussed their thoughts on relationships. “I found myself (saying), ‘Well, let me … maybe I should.’ And then you realize it’s not working for me.” The women further double down on the fact that they don’t feel the need to “perform” as they have matured and experienced more in life.

Rodney
Keke is believed to have dated Rodney from around 2010-2013. Although she never confirmed that she was dating Rodney, she alluded to it in 2012 when she appeared on Sway in the morning. While addressing rumors that she was living with Rodney at the time, she apparently confirmed that the two were indeed together, but that they were not living in Atlanta. “Why should I move to Atlanta?” Keke shared with the hosts. However, she confirmed that they lived in California. When Rodney himself was called to address the rumours, he even said he found tabloid headlines about his romance with Keke “funny”.
Meek Molle
Rapper Meek Molle and Keke have been linked in the past, but it seems the speculation never went far beyond rumours. During an episode of her short-lived talk show from 2014 Just Kekethe star alluded to the rumours. “I wasn’t surprised that when they asked who would be an astrological match for me, that it would be Meek,” she said on her show, hinting that the two celebs’ astrological signs are a match for a strong relationship. “First of all, my producers know about the rumors and stuff. But also, on top of that, astrologically (Meek) and I are a match,” she explained.
“I’m the type of person that we don’t have to beat around the bush … I know we all (think) about the Meek Mill rumors and it doesn’t really matter to me because he and I are very cool.” Although Keke never directly confirmed or denied the potential romance, she was more than comfortable addressing the speculation surrounding her love life.
Quincy Brown
During the shooting of the film from 2015 Brotherly loverumors swirled that Keke and her co-star Quincy Brown was a hot new topic. Again, like her previously speculated romances, Keke never directly confirmed anything, but that didn’t stop fans from speculating. Although she never talked about how long the two dated or any details about her love life, she did share a video diary in 2016 discussing a breakup that left her behind.heartbroken.”
Mike Johnson
This coupling almost broke the internet. After his stay Hannah Browns season of The Bachelorfan favorite Mike Johnson apparently Keke asked out during his performance in October 2019 Strahan, Sara and Cookie. Keke was totally shocked, and addressed the moment later on. “I don’t know, dating people in the industry really scares me. That’s number one. Number two: He asked me in front of everybody. I felt completely ambushed. I felt ambushed. I felt like it was a big old gag. I’ve been drugged.” Clearly, nothing more happened than what fans saw on TV here.
Moan

This might just be the most forthcoming Keke has been about her love life. In late February, Keke was spotted out and about in Hollywood holding hands with the music artist Moan. The two had just picked up some cups of coffee when paparazzi snapped a few pictures of them. Styn and Keke have actually been linked since around 2019. Keke, who rarely shares much of her personal life on social media, even appeared in a September 2020 video on Styn’s account. She also hinted at the potential relationship when speaking to Page six just before the holidays at the end of 2020! “Yeah, you know I got some love in my life, you know there’s some love there,” she shared. “You know it’s not a love life if I share with you because it’s public. So at the end of the day, just know that your girl Keke is not lonely – ever!”
Darius Jackson
Keke and Darius started dating in 2021 and they welcomed their child, Leodis “Leo” Jackson, in 2023. While the couple seemed to have a happy and fun relationship, everything changed after the birth of their son. Darius sparked controversy after he slammed Keke on X (formerly Twitter) for the outfit she wore while Usher serenaded her on stage.
“That’s the outfit tho… you a mom,” Darius wrote. He then followed up in a separate tweet doubling down on his comments.
The pair apparently patched up any differences they had, but fans were still outraged by Darius’ controversial criticism of the Nickelodeon alum. By the end of 2023, Keke confirmed that they had separated when she filed a restraining order against Darius and requested sole custody of their child. Additionally, Keke accused Darius of domestic violence in her lawsuit, alleging that he “entered my home without my knowledge or consent, threatened me, and then physically assaulted me — threw me by my neck, punched me, threw me over the couch, and stole my phone when I told him I was going to call the police,” per People.
Keke and Darius hurled accusations of abuse at each other, with both taking legal action against the other person. But after court-ordered mediation, Keke and Darius were able to amicably find joint custody of their son, Leo. The Nickelodeon alum even said she’s “proud” of her ex in her 2024 book, Master of me.
