Love Island spoilers as duo forced to leave ITV villa finally revealed

The Love Island villa has lost two more contestants after ITV viewers voted for their favorite Islanders

Thaw Love Island stars has been forced to leave the villa after the first public vote of the season.

ITV viewers found out Ellie and Lorenzo were the most popular girl and boy last night (June 24). But the newly crowned house favorites were quickly handed the tough task of dumping two contestants from the group that received the least support from the public.

The vulnerable islanders were Simba, Tommy, Aidan, Priya, Lola and Tina. Realizing that their choices would change things in the villa, Ellie and Lorenzo were shown considering their options at the start of Thursday’s (June 25) episode.

Reflecting on Simba, Ellie explained, “He’s proven himself to her (Angelista) and she really, really likes him.”

Meanwhile, Lorenzo pondered the future of Tommy notes, “He’s quite impulsive, but I don’t think he’s been calculated, I think he’s just instinctive.”

Who left Love Island tonight?

After weighing their options, Ellie and Lorenzo ultimately chose to throw Tommy and Tina out.

Bombshell Tommy had explored several connections in the villa but failed to find ‘The One’. Although he may have built friendships in the villa, he failed to attract enough public votes to keep him in the competition.

Meanwhile, new girl Tina has been romantically involved with Aidan, who was also in the bottom six. The duo’s exits left the villa visibly emotional, with Lorenzo breaking down in tears as he said goodbye to Tommy.

Viewers have taken to X, formerly Twitter, to share their verdicts on the double dumping, with many agreeing that Ellie and Lorenzo chose the ‘cop out’ option.

One wrote: “Sorry, but it’s not right that the islanders can choose who goes, it always ends up being the furthest people to be saved. Leave it to the public vote #loveislanduk.”

Another chimed in with: “Way beyond what we expected otherwise #loveisland.”

While a third fan lamented: “Nah, I’m sorry about Tina. What a BADDIE. I hope she comes back for all stars beautiful beautiful girl #loveisland #loveislanduk.”

This season has already witnessed a number of unexpected eliminations, including a voluntary exit from bombshell George Knight.

The professional footballer, 28, was in the villa for just six days before leaving the show citing private ‘family reasons’.
