The star has made her Love Island debut, but viewers may recognize the name
Love Halle Brown of the island is unrecognizable as a redhead in throwback snaps as she shows off her new look in the luxury villa.
Season 13 continues to bring plenty of drama and explosive moments as tonight’s episode (June 17) will see four new bombshells arrive. Halle, Chidi, Tina and Finley are set to ruffle feathers Love Island villa – and one of them has very famous parents.
Halle is a 23-year-old dancer and is the daughter of Manchester United legend Wes Brown and Real Housewives of Cheshire star Leanne Brown.
Halle isn’t the only famous face with famous links, and Mica Harris’s aunt is Barbados Prime Minister Mia Mottley and Jasmin Muller’s ex is Arsenal player Hector Bellerin.
But as the new arrivals enter the villa, flashback snaps of Halle show her looking completely different as a redhead. The blonde bombshell is ready to kick things off as she sets her sights on Simba, Kavan and Lorenzo.
But previous Instagram posts, sent back in 2024, show the dancer sporting curly red hair, quite different from the light blonde locks she sports now. Sharing snaps on Instagram from one of the world’s biggest dance events, she wrote: “Move it 2024.
“So grateful for the opportunity to perform everyday at @moveitshow for the first ever halftime show. Thank you so much @gareth_chown and @benalexanderdavies for the dreamy opportunity.
“Had the best weekend surrounded by the most talented people.”
Heading into the Love Island villa, Halle, along with the other three newcomers, will choose their four favorite islanders from the main villa for a private overnight stay.
Ahead of her ITV2 appearance, the star confirmed she is looking for love, adding: “I’m not really a drama type of girl, but I’ll stand up for myself if I need to. I’ll always stand up for what I think is right. As a bombshell, I’m bound to stir things up, but I’m definitely here to find love.”
Admitting that she falls in love easily, she said: “I’m such a lover girl. I just love to see the good in people and feel a connection with someone.”
Ahead of her big debut, Halle’s mum Leanne shared a heartfelt statement on Instagram. In her lengthy post, she said: “She lights up every room she walks into with her warmth, kindness, energy and beautiful spirit.”
Alongside a selection of photos over the years, she later added: “So if you can please support my girl on this journey. She is truly sunshine and I hope you all get to feel the warmth and light from her too. Go shine my girl.”
Love Island continues on ITV2 and ITVX tomorrow at 9pm
