By all accounts, Morgan Wallen is a troubled man.
The recent incident where he knocked over a piano on stage was just the latest in a long line of troubling moments.
He is 33 years old. He can’t throw tantrums and act like a troubled teenager in his old age.
Those close to him are reportedly concerned and are urging him to seek anger management rehab before it’s too late.

Is he okay? Obviously not
According to a report from RadarOnlineWallen’s friends and acquaintances are worried about his obvious behavioral problems.
“Morgan swore he had learned his lesson and got his anger issues under control,” an inside source said.
“But,” the insider warned, “this proves he’s full of balls.”
By this they mean the piano-flipping incident. It’s a waste and it’s a red flag that someone is out of control.
The source added: “At a minimum, he needs anger management classes and a total reset.”
“Morgan says this has all been blown out of proportion,” the insider continued to report.
According to this, he has a truly incredible claim regarding the May 29 piano-flipping incident in Denver.
“He claims the piano fell over by accident,” the source added.
“But,” the insider quickly clarified, “nobody’s buying that.”
The video certainly appears to show the controversial singer purposely pushing the piano, frustrated by a technical issue. But then we cannot claim to know what he had in mind.
There is rehabilitation for behavioral problems
“Morgan is extremely angry and constantly flies off the handle for no good reason,” the source characterized.
“People are always walking on eggshells around him,” the insider then elaborated.
The report mentioned Blake Shelton serving as a mentor to Wallen after the latter came out The voice.
“Blake is very concerned about the situation,” the source claimed, “even though he’s been keeping his distance from Morgan for some time because he wanted to try the tough love approach.”
The insider warned: “Now there is a real concern that Morgan is one step away from total implosion.”
Many people first heard of Wallen not from his music, but from the video of him saying the N-word that surfaced in 2021. For many of us, this still defines him.
In 2024, he pitched a chair from a rooftop bar in Nashvillethat almost hit two police officers. Not his only incident of throwing something heavy, by the way.
Just last year, Wallen left abruptly Saturday Night Livewhich causes a stir.
Whatever is wrong with him, we hope he gets the help he needs.
But if his friends and loved ones cannot reach him on this, he may have to stoop even lower before he can see that he is in a crisis.
