Scooter Braun addresses all the talk about his appearance for Game 4 of the NBA finals earlier this week!
On Wednesday evening, the former manager participated in New York Knicks fight against San Antonio Spurs with the girlfriend Sydney Sweeney! But fans were quick to notice that the pair weren’t sitting courtside with the rest of the A-Listers, including Scooter’s arch nemesis Taylor Swift and her friends Alana and Este Haim and Mariska Hargitay!
No, they sat at least five rows behind the pop star! But still too close for comfort for Tay! Even he must have felt a bit awkward at times catching a glimpse of the singer during the game! Practice! See (below):

Well, Scooter wants to make one thing clear — the reason he and Syd weren’t front row at the game isn’t because they’re not big enough celebrities (or because of Taylor)! They were with the family! He clarified in the comments of a New York Post Instagram post:
“She surprised me with tickets in the same section as my pops and my brother so I could share it with them. Let’s keep things positive and get one more! Best game ever. Can’t stop smiling”
Scooter later shared highlights from the game with his father and brother on his own Instagram account – asking for the “negativity” to stop:
“Still buzzing and haven’t slept all night as it was one of the greatest nights of my life. That’s what sports and basketball are all about. It brings people together. I don’t want to hear any negativity. Being able to share that with my dad and my brother is something I’ll never forget. Knicks fans for life. The real ones know what this has meant to all of us and we love. Thank you Universe, and thank you Syd for surprising us all with tickets so I could share it with them.
