Tom Sandoval filed a restraining order against his girlfriend after she was arrested for allegedly assaulting him!
According to court documents obtained by TMZ Thursday, the Vanderpump rules alum claims Victoria Lee Robinson verbally and physically abused him after a night of drinking on June 3, leading to the end of their relationship. Sandoval claims they started arguing when he noticed the model was filming him. This allegedly caused Victoria’s father, Will Robinsonwho has been living with the couple, to step in and become aggressive towards him, to the point where the reality star had to lock herself in a guest bedroom to protect herself.

However, Sandoval claims that Will “shot a big hole” and put his face in the hole before smiling as in The shiny one and said he wanted to fuck him. He also allegedly lunged at Tom and gave him a bear hug that night. Right after, the Well done personality claims that Victoria punched him in the face and head so hard it caused his vision to blur. He adds in the documents, per Page six:
“I suffered a bruise near my temple and the ridge of my eyebrow and bleeding from my ear and neck as a result of (Robinson) hitting me that night. The pain in my mouth persisted for two weeks, prompting me to visit the emergency room to be evaluated.”
After the alleged attack, Sandoval says Victoria began recording to make herself look like the victim. The TomTom the co-owner then called the police, and when officers arrived at the scene, they arrested Victoria. Page six reported it Leonardo DiCaprio‘s former “friend” joined and was released the same day as her arrest. She also had a court date Thursday.
Sandoval claims it throughout their two-year relationshipVictoria has been violent towards him, including punching him in the face, throwing a drunk Gatorade bottle him, verbally abuse him, change passwords on his phone and social media and track him via a AirTag. He further claims that she told him he was a “fucking loser” and that she could do much better than him.
Page six reported that since the alleged incident on June 3, Sandoval claims that Victoria and her father continue to live in the rental house he is paying for and that he has been “completely evicted.” He has stayed in various hotels and a friend’s home, but he now demands that the couple leave his place:
“I am deeply concerned for my safety and well-being and I need to regain access and control of my home, vehicle and possessions. I am requesting an immediate removal order because I truly fear returning to (the residence) while (Robinson) and her father remain there and I have no alternative long-term residence.”
At this time, neither Victoria nor Tom have addressed the alleged attack. But a source confirms it Us Weekly on Thursday that the two are no longer together:
“They are broken. Tom has put up with this abuse for many months. Mostly Tom has supported Victoria and her father as Tom has paid rent and utilities. Victoria’s father has been living in the house for free. He has put up with too much for too long.”
