Beyond the Gates early spoilers from June 15-19, include the aftermath of the tornado carnage. Plus, Eva Thomas (Ambyr Michelle) and Kat Richardson (Colby Muhammad) have some trauma bonds.
Plus, Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom) gets some praise for something he does, helps during the disaster, and he gets recognized for it.
As we always do on early release day, we’ll start with what’s coming in the last few episodes this week. Then we dive into next week’s action.
Beyond the Gates: Tornado Strikes Fairmont Crest Country Club
And then on Thursday, June 11th, we know that the tornado has hit directly Fairmont Crest Country Club. At the end of Wednesday’s episode, we had Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) gave his speech and then appeared. He apparently took off to fly back to Genoa City. Because he’s on Thursday’s episode of The young and the restless, which is kind of crazy since we heard it BTG that the planes were grounded. Because of the storm. They don’t fly in tornadoes. But oh well.
Meanwhile, Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie) and Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis) tried to push people out of there to safety, while Kat tried to blame Dana “Leslie” Thomas (Trisha Mann-Grant) for the tornado on being a witch. And Eva patted Kat back. But the important thing is that the two half-sisters stand side by side when things get even worse. The tornado seemed to take part of the roof off and glass was going everywhere and people were screaming and more danger is on the way.
BTG Eva and Kat Trauma Bond during crisis
Then Thursday Beyond the Gates spoilers say Eva and Kat will work together. This could be a huge moment for Eva and Kat’s sisterly bond to actually take a giant leap forward. And Tomas Navarro (Alex Alegria) did not stand by Eva and Kat. He’s been slurping customers all night on the very direct orders of Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durrett) to act as an ambulance chaser at this fundraiser. So it could be that Eva and Kat are working together to try to help Tomas who might be trapped in the rubble.
This week, Ted Richardson (Maurice Johnson) heads over to his daughters and freaks out. Because he sees blood on Kat and he thinks she’s bleeding and hurt and Ted is frantic and he wants to check on her. But then Kat cries and she says it’s not her blood. Now Izaiah Hawthorne (David Lami Friebe) is standing right there nearby, so he’s safe. And so Ted asks Kat if blood it is. Now hopefully it’s not Eva’s, but you never know.
Tomas could be hurt, or it could just be a coincidence. I don’t think any of the main characters will be killed. And that was confirmed in a recent interview. Actress Daphnée Duplaix, who plays the role of Nicole, did an interview with Victor Newman actor Eric Braeden. And they both said that everyone comes out of the ordeal. Okay, so we can figure out that some extras were victims. But the named characters are all okay.
Beyond the Gates: Chandelier Danger and Elevator Crisis
Still, someone can get hurt, because also on Thursday, the chandelier looks like Fairmont Crest Ballroom is going to crash. There’s already a power outage and it looks like Haley Lawson (Marquita Goings) might be in danger and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) is there to save her. She tells him that he saved her, and I think it’s more than just saving her by getting champagne. Of all the people Kyle has to save though, I mean Haley, if Kyle let her get squished then she couldn’t keep poisoning her husband Bill. But after what happens with Kyle and Haley, it looks like Kyle is kissing her. So maybe Haley will run off to Genoa City looking for her next mark after all this.
And speaking of her husband, Bill is in the elevator with me his ex-wife Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley). They entered the elevator at the very end of Wednesday’s episode and that BTG spoilers say these two have to rely on each other during this disaster. So it looks like the elevator is swinging and maybe Bill grabs Dani or she falls into his arms. And then Bill basically tells Dani, you know, take it easy.
And he says the power is out. There is nothing left for us to do but wait for help. And she asked Bill when has he ever just waited. So during this crisis, considering how much he and Dani have been thinking about the past lately and talking about it, will they end up crossing lines? Well, we’ll just have to wait and see.
Beyond the Gates: Martin in Danger
Martin may also be trapped because Smitty calls out to him and says, “Martin, if you can hear me,” yada yada. So when the chandelier falls, the congressman might be pinned down. On the plus side, surviving a tragedy like this could be free press for his re-election campaign.
Beyond the Gates: Friday – Heroism and Consequences
And then the Friday, June 12 episode of beyond the gates, we will see Vanessa McBride (Lauren Buglioli) Nicole and Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman). They are in the dark checking with Ted. This is after the chandelier crashes. They seem to be assessing things and the ladies are panicking and Kat and Eva’s father going to be running around putting out fires and facing one crisis after another.
Because many people need a doctor. So with Vanessa joining them, that means Joey is somewhere else, the guy that Martin didn’t even want there. And it looks like Joey might do something heroic because Beyond the Gates spoilers say a VIP at the fundraiser ends up owing Joey a favor. Maybe also an apology, depending on who it is.
Another spoiler says that a couple will go to extremes and they will take drastic measures during this crisis. But these measures have some harsh consequences. So I wonder if it’s related to what happens with Bill and Dani in the elevator. But we also have Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob) and Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne (Arielle Prepetit) alone in the bridal suite on Fairmont Crest. They seem to be separate from everyone for a reason.
If you watched Wednesday’s episode, you know that horrible Anastasia said some horrible things to Ashley that triggered her. So I wonder if the tornado has also hit that room. Or maybe Naomi and Ashley make it down to the ballroom. That way, the bereavement nurse can help Ted do triage. The good thing is that there are a couple of doctors there, Ted and Nicole, and some nurses, Shanice Johnson (Ernestine Johnson) and Ashley.
BTG Spoilers: Jack helps during tornado
Anita also sees something peculiar and sends out a warning. Plus, we have Vernon in a panic. He’s trying to get Anita to get out of ballroom safe. Also this week, Young and restless crossover guest Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) has his tuxedo jacket off, his tie loose.
He looks disheveled, possibly with some blood on him. And Jack is looking down at someone. So he might also be doing some heroic rescue efforts while Victor just sped off to save his own butt, like if you see Y&R, quite typical.
Beyond the Gates: 15.-19. June – Aftermath and New Dangers
In the week of June 15th to 19th we will also see the devastating effects of the tornado. We find out who was hurt and who got out unscathed, who was a hero and who might have been a coward. Haley may double down on Bill after this, especially if she finds out that something happened to him and Dani in the elevator and thinks her gold digging time might be over. And also, if Haley has her eye on Kyle as her next mark, she might have another reason to escalate her plans to kill Bill.
We will also find out more about the consequences one couple faces due to the measures they took during the disaster. I’m interested to see if Leslie comes out of all this unscathed. I had joked about a house falling on her The Wizard of Oz style in my weekly magazine Beyond the Gates spoiler video and then Kat sort of made the same joke to Eva. So if Leslie gets squeezed a bit, I can’t say I’d be disappointed.
The other Genoa City people make their exit safe and sound on their way back to Young and restless. It includes Jack, Diane, Kyle, Devon Hamilton Winters (Bryton James) and his wife Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway). And they all survived just fine. So we’ll see if this ordeal brings Eva and Kat closer, and if it brings Bill and Dani too close. Plus, we should get more on Heather Armstrong (Ashley Jones) and what’s next for her, including trouble that she brings to her brother Joey’s doorstep.
