Cottage stars Kyle Cooke and Lindsay Hubbard recently sat down for an interview after the final episode of the explosive tenth season aired.
In the conversation isy not surprisingly talked about Amanda Batula and West Wilson.
speaks to Virtual RealityKyle commented on his sit down conversation with West.
“I look back on it and I’m like, look, I’m glad we did it,” Kyle said, “because I don’t want anybody to think I don’t want to film. I don’t want to give them the chance to — get the last word. I don’t care. But I look back on it and — it was a three-hour helicopter ride where we just talked in circles.”
Kyle also called West will not return to Cottage “Unfortunate,” while Lindsay insisted she was “good about it.”
“It’s been months since I considered him a friend,” Kyle added. “So it’s just so weird.”
When asked if Amanda is still dating West in the fall, when another season of In the City will likely be filmed, Kyle touched on what they will do.
“That’s the big conundrum,” he said.
“I think that’s what we’re trying to figure out, too,” Lindsay chimed in to share. “And I think we’ll just have to see how this plays out. It’ll probably come down to the wire.”
Lindsay also addressed where she relationship with Amanda is currently
“Amanda is the one who reached out to me after the reunion, the very next day,” she said. “And she said, ‘I understand you have more questions. And I am happy to clarify something with you. But the most important thing is our friendship. We have had such a rollercoaster of a friendship and a long history, ups and downs. And that’s what I focus on.
“By the end of that conversation, she had stayed longer after we wrapped and the cameras were gone,” Lindsay added. “And I thought, “Look. The thing with me is that you have to have integrity, good character, honesty, loyalty to be in my circle of friends. And I don’t – I have to see. You have to prove it.’”
