YouTuber Arrested Outside Nancy Guthrie’s Home – It’s Caught On Camera As Viewers Accuse Police Of Twisted Story!

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department arrested one YouTuber which allegedly caused a disturbance outside Nancy Guthrie‘s home, and it’s all causing a lot of controversy online!

The department issued a statement on the matter via X (Twitter) Thursday and revealed that “just before 5 p.m.,” deputies arrested “54-year-old Alexander Zabel Jr. in front of Nancy Guthrie’s home” after receiving “several complaints” about his behavior. They said:

“At the time of the incident, Mr. Zabel was livestreaming outside the residence. Deputies made contact with him and during the arrest process a PCSD Sergeant was tackled to the ground. Mr. Zabel was subsequently taken into custody without further incident and booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Complex. He is charged with Resisting a 6th Nulassony (C) Misdemeanor).”

But is that the whole story??

First of all according to COLD and other reports, Alexander – who drives Criminal network channel – went live about an hour before his arrest. He was sitting on the side of the road when two deputies approached him and asked him to stand up, saying he was under arrest. Alexander did not willingly put his arms out when officers tried to cuff him and asked why he was being arrested. A struggle ensued, causing one deputy to fall to the ground, though Alexander insisted he did not push him.

The content creator continued to yell — even calling one of the deputies a homophobic slur — but he was never given an explanation for the arrest. Watch from the live stream:

But there is even more to the story! This was actually the second time the YouTuber had been arrested this week!

On Monday, Alexander was arrested along with two other YouTubers on suspicion of obstructing a highway or thoroughfare and public nuisance. Sore COLDhe was accused of setting up a “pee tent” on the road near Nancy’s home and allegedly dumping urine on a nearby property. Not cool if true! Court documents allege that his “offensive” outdoor bathroom setup interfered with “the entire community’s pleasant enjoyment of the property.” He also allegedly placed traffic cones on the community’s road during a live stream on May 26.

Troy Lewis “DAA Juice” Bradshawand Damian Todd Enderlethat operates a channel called 857 Tucsonthe other two were arrested, each for a single count of public nuisance.

People flooded PSCD’s X (Twitter) with frustrated responses to their statement, responding:

“Oooh PCSD, you all did it this time!!! Your deputies came in there like they heard about clumsy elephants and literally attacked Alex and the whole department should be ashamed!!! Alex did nothing wrong!!”

“Go watch the video that Alex made himself. He never resisted once. The cop felt down as Alex moved around. All he wanted to know was why he was arrested. You have so much hate for YouTubers that this is what you resort to. Shame on you.”

“Looks like the arrest of Alexander Zabel yesterday was a bit over the top. Maybe that injustice was done to Mr. Zabel. It was recorded live after all. Bad move Sheriff”

“YOUR Clumsy DEPUTY GOT AWAY. IT WAS LIVE AND MONITORED BY FRAMERS ! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS AND THE ENTIRE NANCY GUTHRIE CASE! YOU KNOW THE TRUTH. MAKE THAT ARREST.”

This is certainly a messy situation, and frankly not the kind of arrest news that everyone has been hoping for regarding Nancy. We’ll see what becomes of all this.
