Candace Cameron Bure’s Daughter Details Pregnancy Weight Gain


Candace Cameron Bures daughter Natasha Perry (née Bure), admittedly struggled with her body image when she first found out she was pregnant.

“It’s something I didn’t expect,” Perry, 27, said on the Wednesday, June 17, episode of “The Squeeze” podcast. “I remember telling two of my girlfriends and I was probably only eight weeks pregnant. I was like, ‘I’m not showing at all, but I don’t fit in any of my clothes and I don’t know how that’s possible’.”

Natasha announced this in May she is expecting her first child with her husband, Bradley Steven Perry.

“Over the course of four weeks, we would send each other like pictures of our bellies at the end and we looked like we were nine months pregnant and like there was no bump but it was just bloated,” she told the podcast host Tay Lautnerwho is also expecting a child with her husband Taylor Lautner. “I didn’t expect that at all.”

As Natasha passed her first trimester and embraced her newfound curves, the influencer began to have “more confidence” in her body.

“I didn’t expect my body to change as quickly as it did and everyone’s pregnancy is very different,” Natasha admitted. “Whether you have the most massive appetite or you’re barely eating, you’re still gaining weight. You just do that and your body changes. There’s also something just weird because it all feels out of your control and it feels very foreign.”

For Natasha, she said she hardly recognized her own body.

“For the first few months I was like, I don’t even actually know whose body I’m living in. It just feels very foreign to me,” she recalled. “And now I’m obviously in a better place with it.”

Natasha has also received a barrage of comments about her weight gain – and her decision to wear bumpy maternity clothes.

Let me just be the first to say: I don’t care,” she said. a TikTok video shared earlier this month. “I didn’t know this was a thing until I’ve received countless DMs from grown women telling me to put away my belly, buy a bigger shirt, or send me the longest stories about how they didn’t do it when they were pregnant in their time.”

Natasha continued at the time, “I love my pregnant belly, (and) I’ve never in my life been so proud of my body, so proud that I’m growing a little baby in there — and this is coming from someone who dealt with body insecurities … my whole life. I love that when I look down, I see my little baby.”

Natasha is the eldest child of Full House child star Candace, 50, and her husband, Valery Burewho also share sons Lev, 26, and Maksin, 24. (Lev and his wife, Elliot Bureis also expecting a baby later in 2026.)
